Worst Customer Service ever.. Had a DEF problem with a 2016 dodge ram 2500.. Paid 2150 in repair bill. Left with half a tank of DEF.. Service advisor Aaron.. Worst commutation I have ever had. . I was in the Tire and Auto repair business for 40 years before retiring. Picked up my truck with half a tank of DEF, and DEF all over the side of my truck..Not a good visit..
Service Department treated me well and completed my truckās needed services in about two hours as Aaron had told me it would take. They changed oil, its filter, fuel filter, rotated the tires, filled all five tires.

The service department is top notch. They are careful to inform the customer of all the options for care and spell out what should be done and what can be put off for later, based on their observations, rather than just following a list. There are no surprises, as the cost is listed and requires customer approval before service is performed.
I have used Bob Moore for several years and have never had any problems with them. They are prompt and courteous and know their business.

Very poor communication. Dropped vehicle off on the 19th, no one called me until the 27th. Called several times, and also texted, the day after vehicle was scheduled (22nd), never got a response to either. Service writer was very non-informative. No E.T.A. on completion once repairs were approved. I brought it in because inner fender had oil all over it, when I picked it up, still has oil all over it. Not impressed.

Worst service department of any dealership I've ever been to, if I could give negative stars I would. they had my truck for four days and never did one thing to it. All four days they left my $80K TRX sitting in the dark back corner of the lot for any thief to have their way. Service was quicker than quoted, staff was kind and professional. I asked about an ad I'd seen for 3 oil changes (which cut my cost by almost half) and requested a tire rotation. The gentleman suggested that I purchase the 3 oil changes with tire rotation for $170 total - quite a good deal!

Disappointed in service/repair dept. They didnt document (or check out) my main concern until I engaged w/manager, service was not timely (9 days in shop to complete 1/2 day job) & communication about status of my vehicle was poor. However, technician & manager were patient & professional in dealing with me. Now just waiting to see how repairs hold up!
Service department will rip your head off and donāt have any good trained techs stay away from this place corporation own and donāt care about you or your car !!! 3 weeks and couldnāt fix my jeep charged me $650.00 and messes my bumper up at the same time

IT MUST BE ME- I leased my vehicle from this dealership 3 years ago. After what I would consider a less than perfect buying experience I had a not so pleasant first service experience. I decided to leave them alone and went to the other BOB to have my vehicle serviced even though it meant driving several miles past Bob Moore. It was worth it to me to be treated like a reasonable customer should expect. At the end of my lease I decided to purchase the vehicle. Aaron B. & Cory L. both did an excellent job with a wiring problem caused by someone else. Iām really pleased with this outcome. My exhaust brake is functioning again as are other auxiliary switches. That exhaust brake will be used on my next mountain trip.

Seems to be very difficult to communicate with service. I wanted to replace my battery but couldnāt get that desire across even though the current battery doesnāt test bad. The auto on/off feature doesnāt work. I was told there arenāt any diagnostic codes saying itās bad. It took 1 1/2 days to get an oil change and tire rotation.

I was frustrated that it took so long to get my car back, but I am sure that is not your fault because the Ford dealer down the street did not let you know that he would be bringing the car to you like he told me that he would. Even though I didnt purchase my RAM from Bob Moore, the service dept., specifically David Holder, treated me like I was their best customer. The problem I was experiencing was intermittent and therefore difficult to diagnose. Nevertheless, they provided better service than I've ever experienced in my 50+ years of driving.
