The RAM RHO is headlined by a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V-6 with an output of 540 horsepower and 521 lb-ft of torque. The extra horsepower is delivered to all four wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission. The truck runs from 0 to 60 in about 4.5 seconds. The RHO is an off-road truck first and foremost, but don’t count it out as a daily hauler. The half-ton truck has a max towing rating of 8,380 lbs and a payload of 1,520 lbs. The 1500 RHO has more horsepower, towing and payload ability than any other truck in its class, including the Ford Raptor. RAM equips the RHO with Bilstein Black Hawk e2 adaptive shock absorbers, which are custom-built with a tuned air-spring suspension. This helps the rear axle achieve up to 14 inches of travel. A suspension lift kit and 35-inch all-terrain tires help the RAM 1500 RHO sit high off the road, with a ground clearance of up to 11.8 inches. It also features a high-speed e-locker rear axle, helping you maintain control on any terrain. A wheel flare extension gives the RHO a more aggressive look and helps the body avoid damage from excess dirt and debris. Of course, there are a few tow hooks to help out in a pinch. The RAM RHO looks as aggressive as its name suggests, with premium LED headlamps, taillamps, and a performance dual exhaust.
While the RAM 1500 RHO has everything you need to dominate the trails, the cabin can compete with any luxury SUV. It comes loaded with technology, including a 14.5-inch infotainment display and a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster. Still not enough screens for you? Add a 10.3-inch display to take over your dash completely. Of course, the software supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, but it also supports in-dash navigation and SiriusXM satellite radio.
